Classes are currently limited to 1 -on- 1 instruction.
Children as young as 6 months start learning crucial water safety skills, including holding their breath, floating, and swimming. As they grow, they transition to swim-float-swim lessons, mastering underwater swimming and transitioning smoothly between swimming and floating. This method equips them to confidently navigate to safety in any water situation.
Parents are typically not allowed to join their child's swim lessons due to potential distractions, safety concerns, and the need for children to develop independence and trust in their instructor's guidance. As a professional instructor, I am trained to teach swimming skills effectively and having parents present can undermine the student, teacher dynamic. Thus, creating an optimal learning environment often means parents observe from the sidelines.
Each child is different so exact time frames are hard to give. HOWEVER, average instruction takes between 6 to 7 weeks. Classes will take place 5 days a week and each session will last around 10 minutes.
Lessons are $120 a week, PLUS an additional one time registration fee of $105.
