Hi i'm cassie Pulliam

I'm a wife, mother and lifelong caregiver

I recently left the classroom after 10 years of teaching Pre-K and Kindergarten. With a Bachelors in Child Development and Psychology, a Masters in Early Childhood Education and now an ISR certification, I've started Coastal Alabama ISR here in Gulf Shores.

What is ISR?

ISR or Infant Swimming Resource is survival swimming for infants and young children. ISR’s core conviction is that the child is the most important part of a drowning prevention strategy. ISR teaches children the skills to potentially save themselves if they find themselves in the water alone.

About me

I'm a proud wife to Reggie and mom to my 4-year-old, Austin. With a Bachelors in Child Development and Psychology and a Masters in Early Childhood Education, it is probably pretty clear that children have always been my passion. In 2020, realizing the importance of water safety for my son, I sought out ISR training despite the distance. Now, in 2024, I've taken the leap to become a certified instructor myself, driven by a desire to protect children and serve my community. Through six weeks of intensive training, I've witnessed firsthand the remarkable effectiveness of ISR's approach to water safety.
